No, I don't know why. Yes, I'll notify the community if downtime is planned. No, the MOOs and their data are safe. No, no one has been recently toaded or blacklisted. Yes, I'm sure. Yes, the MOO will always come back. It just sometimes takes time for someone to get to it. (And by "someone" I mean dive.)
